Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and, together with any signed proposal or engagement agreement, the services provided by Dropvio Solutions. By using the website, you agree to these website terms. Client service obligations are controlled by the applicable written engagement when one exists.

Scope of services

Dropvio Solutions may provide bookkeeping, accounting operations, payroll administration support, tax preparation services, financial reporting, and fractional CFO/advisory services. The specific deliverables, timing, client responsibilities, and fees are defined in the selected package, proposal, or written engagement.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely records and for retaining original source documents. Clients remain responsible for business decisions, authorizations, and legal or regulatory obligations not expressly assumed by Dropvio Solutions in writing.

Fees and billing

Recurring and project fees are stated in the applicable quote or engagement. Late or unpaid balances may result in a pause of services where permitted by the agreement and applicable law.

Confidentiality and data

We take reasonable steps to protect confidential business and financial information. Information may be shared with service providers or authorities when necessary to deliver the service, comply with law, or as otherwise authorized by the client.

No guaranteed outcomes

Financial, tax, operational, fundraising, lending, or business outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Advice and recommendations depend on the information provided and the scope of the engagement.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement according to the applicable written agreement. Fees for work already performed and authorized expenses remain due.
